The internal pilot has a connected WhatsApp Business Account and number through Meta. An inbound event from the connected channel was handled in AgentCore CRM.
This status does not mean that external companies can connect their own WABA today. Outbound CRM replies, counterparty links and customer-configured automation remain subject to production checks.
