Write to the monitored address in the Data Deletion page. Include the administrator email, organisation name and WABA ID if known. Never send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.
We verify the request through a known company contact and coordinate requests from individuals with the relevant business customer. The current pilot has no fixed deletion deadline or automatic backup expiry; the response explains the actual steps and outcome.
